Freediving-Training

I am happy to take the time to work with you in an individual one-to-one coaching session to specifically improve your performance in freediving.​

​

Coaching sessions take place at Neufelder See from June to September, and in the pool from September to May.

​

  • Fitness: Increase in strength and endurance.

  • Stretching: Improved flexibility; increase in lung volume; reduction of injury risk.

  • Breathing: Training of the respiratory muscles; relaxation; increase in CO2 tolerance.

  • Mental Training: Preparation before the dive; relaxation during the dive.

  • Equalization: Exercises and tools to optimize the equalization process.

  • Technique: Video analysis to identify errors, allowing us to work on them specifically and effectively.
